I like the "FOR" above, I feel like it says "for unity" as well as "design impact" - both of which match up with our mission statement I feel. Color schemes can be applied to this, but I actually like the black on white.
I like the 'FOR' on top of community, it can read as "FOR UNITY" as well as "DESIGN IMPACT"
I really like how the "For unity" stands out in here, some of the coloring from your previous ones might add a bit more to it
